Registrations

The ICMDT 2011 committee entrusts MWT (Meitetsu World Travel Inc.) conference registrations on the basis of Japanese Yen (JPY) credit card payment. The registration and other tickets including extra banquet ticket, optional dinner ticket, and plant visit bus tour ticket (see “Other fees” below) can be applied via “Registration Online Form”.

Registration Fees

Registration fee includes the conference proceedings, reception, banquet, and coffee breaks.

*Student registration does not include banquet ticket.

Other fees

Banquet:

Japanese Kaiseki-style course dinner at Japanese tatami ball room in Hotel TAKESHIMA will be held on April 25 (Mon.), 2011. For student registrants and non-registered accompanying persons who wish to join the banquet, the extra banquet ticket (JPY 5250 per person) is required.

Optional Dinner on April 26 (Tue.), 2011:

Since the restaurants are few in the vicinity of the hotel, the dinner ticket (JPY 3150 per person) on April 26 in the venue hotel can be pre-reserved.

NOTE: Up to the number of participants, The buffet style dinner or the restaurant dinner will be prepared.

Bus Tour on April 27 (Wed.), 2011: (Schedules were changed on March 28, 2011.)

The following tours are planned on April 27:

− Tour A:

9:30 TOYOTA Museum

12:00 TOYOTA Commemorative Museum of Industry & Technology

15:30 Nagoya station

17:00 Hotel TAKESHIMA

(JPY 2000 per person, inclusive of lunch and Museum entrance tickets)

− Tour B:

8:20 Departure from Hotel TAKESHIMA

9:30 TOYOTA Commemorative Museum of Industry & Technology

11:30 Nagoya station

13:00 Hotel TAKESHIMA

(JPY 1000 per person, inclusive of Museum ticket)

NOTE 1: Each tour is limited to 35 persons on first come first serve basis.

NOTE 2: For those who have already purchased the bus tour ticket and are unable to join the tour due to the change of the schedules, the fee will be refunded at the front desk during the Conference period from April 24 to April 26, 2011. On the other hand, the tour tickets cancelled will be able to be reserved and purchased at the front desk during the Conference period for those who want to join the tour.

Cancellation Policy (modified on April 1, 2011)

If you wants to cancel your registration, please request by E-mail with Registration ID to:

The following cancellation policy will be applied:

	－	A ~~JPY 5 000 plus~~ bank handling charge will be retained and the remaining amount refunded for cancellations made prior to April 8 14, 2011 inclusive
	－	50 % of the total amount minus bank handling charge will be refunded for cancellations made from April 9 15, 2011 to April 24, 2011

NOTE 1: In the case where the conference will be called off, all the fees will be refunded to the registrants.

Room Reservations

You can make your room reservations at Hotel TAKESHIMA (Conference venue) and Gamagori Hotel

via “Online Room Reservation” at the conference rate. Registration (see “Registrations” above) is needed prior to reserve the room. If you want to stay in other Hotels, please make your arrangements directly.
