Open data refers to data that is accessible to the public and free to share or reuse, subject to minimal restrictions. In academia, there is growing support for making data generated or collected during research freely available to advance scientific progress. The “FAIR principles,” a widely accepted framework, guide open data practices to make data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable（1）.
