Participation Registration

On-site registration will be applyed after April 27.
Participants WITHOUT Presentations
1. By April 27, 2012 (Extended!), The registration form (PDF) (MS-Excel template is here) must be filled out completely and filed with Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd. by fax or e-mail.
2. Then the confirmation mail of personal information is sent from Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd..
If you select a bank transfer as a payment method, please send a registration form to Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd by fax or e-mail, first. Then, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd will inform you about the bank account for the payment.
Participants WITH Presentations
1. By January 31, 2012, please visit the Presentation Registration Page[Closed!] to provide the information on the paper you are planning to submit.
2. Next, the registartion form (PDF) (MS-Excel template is here) must be filled out completely and filed with Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd. by fax or e-mail.
3. Then Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd will send you a personal ID and a password to access the Paper Submission Page.
If you select a bank transfer as a payment method, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.,Ltd will inform you about the bank account for the payment.
