    • Registration Methods

    Please email a registration and accommodation form to the workshop office at "JSB2023@eng.hokudai.ac.jp" with the subject line "JSB2023 registration" by the deadline. Please include the following information in the body with this form: your full name, title, affiliations, and e-mail address.

    All participants are required to stay at the hotel of the venue. Accommodation reservations are made collectively by the workshop office. Please also include the information about your accommodation reservations in this form.

    Registration fees are to be paid to the workshop office via an online payment system and accommodation fees are to be paid directly to the hotel on-site when check-in. Details of the online payment will be provided directly to registrants.

    Registration Fees

    Regular participant JPY 50,000 (~CHF 335)
    Student participant JPY 30,000 (~CHF 201)
    Accompanying person JPY 30,000 (~CHF 201)
    Registration benefits include: welcome dinner (8/29), lunch (8/30 – 9/1), banquet (8/30), farewell dinner (8/31), coffee/tea/snacks services, 4 days conference room access, free Wi-Fi access in all area, workshop abstract book, and half-day excursion (8/31).

    Accommodation Fees

    Single use JPY 12,320 (~CHF 83)
    Double use JPY 8,800 (~CHF 59)
    Triple use JPY 7,700 (~CHF 52)
    Breakfast, tax and service charge included, per night and person, free wifi access, non-smoking
    Cancellation Policy:
  • 15 Days Prior to Arrival Day - No cancellation charge
  • 8-14 Days Prior to Arrival Day - 20% of total room nights
  • 4-7 Days Prior to Arrival Day - 30% of total room nights
  • 1-3 Days Prior to Arrival Day - 50% of total room nights
  • Arrival Day or No Show - 100% of total room nights
