  • 1. Real-time presentation (MN1 or MN2 is included in the presentation number)
Please prepare your presentation slides in advance and present at the date and time assigned in the program. Time of your presentation will be 15 min including a Q&A session. Real-time oral presentations will be made using the online conference systems EventHub and Zoom. For more information on how to enter and exit the sessions and presentation tools, please refer to the following section.

  • 2. On-demand presentation (MN3 is included in the presentation number)
You are required to prepare a video recording (15 minutes at the most) of your presentation along with your presentation slides and submit it to the conference office in advance. The online conference system Remo (https://remo.co/) will be used for on-demand presentations. Each presenter's "table" will be numbered and the video files submitted in advance will be uploaded to the table where participants can freely watch the videos. Presenters are requested to join their own table during the session and engage in interactive discussions with participants using audio, video, and written communication. For more information on how to enter and exit the sessions and presentation tools, please refer to the following section.

  • 3. Video recording
All the presentations will be broadcasted on video for a certain period of time in order to allow as many participants as possible to attend the symposium. Please note that we will be recording the presentations in real time for oral sessions. The video recordings will not be used for any purpose other than for the conference. For on-demand oral sessions, we will deliver the videos you submit as they are. The distribution period will be posted on the symposium website at a later date.
