Abstract submission

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, The 11th Symposium on Micro-Nano Science and Technology and "Future Technologies" will be held on-line. Please note that the on-site events at Kumamoto-Jo Hall have been cancelled.

We will update the website as soon as the presentation format and other details will be fixed. We will do our best to make the symposium valuable for everyone, and we are looking forward to your active participation and seeing you at the on-line conference.

Other notes

  • Please leave acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts to the program committee.
  • Presentation style is “Oral presentation”. The presentations are co-operated with “The 37th Sensor Symposium on Sensors, Micromachines and Applied Systems”, “The 12th Symposium on Integrated MEMS Technology”, and “The 42th CHEMINAS”.
    Details of the on-line presentation will be announced as soon as determined.
  • Available language is English and Japanese.

    Award

    We will award three kinds of prize for excellent presentation

    Award qualification
    ・Fellow prize：JSME member under 26 years old (The age restriction is the age of April 1st, 2020.)
    ・Young excellent presentation award：Presenter under 32 years old (The age restriction is the age of March 31st, 2020.)
    ・Excellent paper award：All manuscripts（award to all authors, no age restriction.）

Special issue in Micromachines

A special issue for this symposium is planned to be published from Micromachines. The authors are encouraged to submit a manuscript of your paper to Micromachines. Please visit the webpage of the special issue to get detail information. Manuscripts will be reviewed and published in the special issue of Micromachines.
