    The organizing committee of MoViC 2020 have decided to change the conference type of MoViC 2020 to "virtual conference" as the pandemic COVID-19 has not been settled yet. [pdf]

    3rd Call for Paper of MoViC2020 [pdf]

Introduction

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Fifteenth International Conference on Motion and Vibration Control (MoViC 2020) to be held 8-11 September December, 2020 in Niigata, Japan. MoViC is an event that is organized once every two years. Its aim is to stimulate contacts between scientists active in the area of Motion and Vibration Control and engineers of virtually every field. It started in Yokohama, Japan in 1992 and has been held in Japan in 1994, 1996, 2002, 2010, 2014, Switzerland in 1998, Australia in 2000, USA in 2004, 2012, Korea in 2006, 2018, Germany in 2008, and UK in 2016. The purpose of this MoViC is to discuss recent progress in the fields of motion and vibration control and their application to the industrial, economical and environmental issues. It is hoped that the conference will encourage interdisciplinary researches as well as international cooperation in these fields.
