The Society has produced many other publications, including handbooks, data compilations, and JSME Standards. Of particular note is the Mechanical Engineering Handbook, which has been an indispensable guide to all types of engineers for more than half a century. In addition, more than 120 books have been produced for the Society by other publishers.
